Gran Hotel Paris, La Ceiba

When I arrived at the hotel, I found the location to be perfect, right downtown La Ceiba with easy access to transportation and food options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, including a great hot shower, AC, TV, and a fridge. However, the initial musty smell and old, noisy AC unit were a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to help and answer any questions. The location was central, walking distance to everything, but I did notice that the area felt sketchy at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good typical Honduran breakfast served. Overall, a good value for money hotel.

I stayed at this hotel located on the street side where loud music and loud people noise from the sidewalk carried up into my room, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful afternoon nap. The service was amazing, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to provide assistance. The location was super convenient, right in downtown La Ceiba. The dining experience was good overall, especially with the typical Honduran breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory.

Upon entering the room, it felt hot and muggy as if it hadn't been aired out for a while. The AC unit was old and loud but happily the bed was wonderful and the bathroom lovely. The pool, although dated, was clean with cold AC and cable TV available. The overall room experience was a mix of discomfort and delight.
